Vendoro is a supplier review and performance management platform designed for non-governmental organizations (NGOs), UN agencies, and humanitarian organizations. It enables authorized users to submit, review, and access supplier performance evaluations across four criteria: Delivery Speed, Quality of Goods and Services, Communication, and Cost Efficiency.
Use of Vendoro is intended for individuals affiliated with NGOs, UN agencies, international organizations, or humanitarian entities involved in procurement or logistics operations. By registering, you confirm that your use is in a professional humanitarian or development context.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree not to share your login with others. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use at hello@vendoro.org.

The Vendoro name, logo, design, codebase, and Platform concept are the intellectual property of Mazen Al-Sakkaf. All rights are reserved. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit written permission.
User-submitted reviews remain the intellectual property of the submitting user; however, by submitting a review you grant Vendoro a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, aggregate, and use that content within the Platform.
Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
Reviews on Vendoro represent the individual experiences and opinions of the submitting users. They do not constitute official endorsements, blacklists, or procurement guarantees. Vendoro makes no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any supplier review. Procurement decisions remain the sole responsibility of the using organization.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Vendoro and its developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to procurement decisions made on the basis of reviews.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by applicable international standards and, where relevant, the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Platform's services are provided. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation wherever possible.
